Packing is a key part of our service and our identity, so all orders are lovingly prepared and come in our stylish signature packaging. We don’t offer gift boxes.

No, the available designs are those on the website; however, you can customize your phone case with text and colors.

Which phone models do you have cases for?

We make cases for all the iPhones models, starting from iPhone X.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we only have an online shop.

Are your phone cases MagSafe®️ compatible?

Yes. Our phone cases are available both in MagSafe®️ compatible and non-compatible options. Please be mindful of this when picking your desired phone case type. Leather cases are NOT MagSafe®️ compatible.

How to clean phone cases?

You can gently scrub the case with a soft cloth or sponge without putting any pressure. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow it to dry completely before putting it back on your phone. We recommend avoiding any harsh chemicals, alcohol or disinfectan

Does the wireless charger work with the case?

Yes, you can safely use the wireless charger with the phone case on.

How many letters can I use to personalise my phone case?

The number of letters you can use to personalise your phone case varies depending on the design. Each graphic has a different character limit. You can try it out on our website to see how many letters fit with your chosen design.

Will the design be clearly visible if I choose a print in the same color as the case?

Prints and customizations in the same color as the case may appear less visible due to low color contrast.

Will the design look exactly like the one shown on the website?

The designs may vary slightly from those shown on the website, as our products are handmade.
