How can I pay for your products?

Where is my gift card?

All gift cards are currently digital. You will be receiving an email from Coverlab. This will contain the gift card sequence and gift card amount. You can forward the email to the recipient of the gift card, or you can enter the recipient's email dir

A discount code isn't working, why?

Some of our discounts have minimum purchase prices. They also won't combine with and current sales we have on our site! Also, please note, we only allow ONE discount code per order. If your discount code doesn't work, contact us here.

Do you have special offers & discount codes?

Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?

We cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders. All codes must be entered at the time of checkout.

Can I collect an order?

No, parcels cannot be collected. We exclusively provide home delivery or pickup points.
