At Coverlab, we ship worldwide from our warehouse in Italy.
All shipments are fully tracked — from our door to yours.
We no longer rely on international postal services: starting from 2025, we only use premium international couriers such as DHL and UPS, ensuring reliable transit times and the best delivery experience for our customers.

Processing Times

All our products are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before dispatch. 

Due to overwhelming demand, we are experiencing delays with our print-to-order cases. This means it could take up to 15 working days for your order to be produced before shipping. 

Due to high order volumes and the holiday season, orders may experience delays in processing.
During peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, processing times may be longer due to the high volume of orders.
Shipping times indicated below do not include processing days.

• Priority Delivery (Europe): 4–6 business days after dispatch
• Priority Delivery (USA & Rest of the World): 3–5 business days after dispatch
• DHL Express Delivery (Worldwide): 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Standard Delivery (Worldwide): 7–15 business days after dispatch
  We recommend choosing Priority or DHL Express for faster and more reliable delivery.

Tracking

All orders are 100% tracked.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to display shipping updates.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and are determined by the regulations of the destination country.
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

Important Notes

• We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel stations.
• Some couriers may leave packages at the recipient’s door, mailbox, or porch. Coverlab cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if the delivery address is unattended.
• If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
